The Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT) was organized in 1955 to promote, encourage and advance the professional development of governmental financial management throughout the State of Texas. Almost four decades later, GFOAT actively seeks to promote the professional practice of governmental financial management, to represent its membership through the study of financial management problems, and to encourage high professional standards among financial management professionals.
NCTCOG hosts monthly Finance Roundtable meetings for GFOAT Regions 8 and 13. 2012 meetings will take place on the following dates:
