Remember, open rates with the Dallas Morning News can be over $23 per line!  Participants in the COG contract were able to negotiate the rate down to under $6 per line for 2009 by combining the purchasing power of twenty-one entities!  Now is the time to sign on and take advantage of these highly discounted rates for 2010-2011.  Read on to learn how!

If you were a participating entity in the NCTCOG contract for 2008, you may renew using the Renewal Guidelines 2008.
