Dallas Morning News
Utilizing an interlocal agreement, cities can combine their projected employment advertising costs with the Dallas Morning News and secure volume discounted rates by entering into one contract with the Dallas Morning News. This is an annual project, as the negotiated contract is effective for each calendar year.
