Implementation of the regional 9-1-1 system is under the policy direction of NCTCOG's Executive Board. Assisting the Executive Board is the Regional 9-1-1 Advisory Committee which provides program oversight under guidelines established by the Texas Commission on State Emergency Communications. The Committee is composed of chief elected and appointed officials, public safety professionals, and technical personnel.
