Telecommunicator Education and Management (TEAM)

The North Central Texas Council of Governments' Telecommunicator Education and Management (TEAM) program offers training for all 9-1-1 call takers and dispatchers. The TEAM program offers monthly training on MaarsView and Vesta equipment.

The TEAM program offers specialized courses meeting TCLEOSE- credited learning objectives for call takers and dispatchers to earn points toward their Intermediate and Advanced Certifications. Classes are offered on a regular basis.
