Wireless Phase I Routing/Testing Procedures
NCTCOG requires that the Wireless Service Provider(s) (WSPs) provide the following contact information for NCTCOG's files:

• Contact name/telephone number for technical issues after Phase I implementation.
• A 24/7 telephone number manned by a live person for emergency lookup numbers and procedures.

The following wireless Phase I routing/testing procedures outlined below should be followed by the WSPs, Third-party vendors, PSAPs and NCTCOG for all cell sites.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) 9-1-1 Agreement and Testing Procedures
CLEC informs NCTCOG via letter or e-mail of its intention to provide 9-1-1 service in NCTCOG's jurisdiction as a reseller or facilities-based CLEC and to request copy of 9-1-1 Agreement.
