The following classes, workshops, and seminars will be conducted by the Regional Police Academy. With over forty years of experience in training law enforcement officers and support personnel, the Regional Police Academy presents programs of current and future interest. The Regional Police Academy is partially funded under a grant from the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office, which allows us to keep tuition costs to a minimum. All courses offered are certified for TCLEOSE credit. Early registration is encouraged. For additional information call 817-608-2300.
In addition to the courses offered at the Regional Police Academy, we offer correspondence courses that can be purchased and completed at home. The TCLEOSE-mandated courses Special Investigative Topics #3232 and Cultural Diversity #3939 are available through correspondence. We also offer a number of courses that can be conducted on-site at your agency location.
