NCTCOG's Regional Training Center provides a variety of employee development training programs for government agencies and private industry companies located in the North Central Texas region. The mission of the Regional Training Center is to provide high quality and cost effective professional development opportunities to agencies in the North Central Texas Region. The Regional Training Advisory Committee provides direction for training services and activities.
The Regional Training Center offers courses at the NCTCOG offices in Administrative Services, Code Enforcement, Freeway Incident Management,
Language, Leadership/Management, Planning and Zoning,
Public Funds Seminars, Safety, and Storm Water Pollution. Through special arrangement with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Training Center also offers Wastewater, Water, and Utility Operator training courses.

Phillis Lowery is the Center's Coordinator. She has extensive training experience, most recently with the ATI Career Training Center where she was Assistant Director of Education.
