About the RTC
The mission of NCTCOG's Regional Training Center is to provide high quality and cost-effective professional development opportunities to agencies in the North Central Texas region. The Regional Training Center offers a variety of employee development training programs for both public and private organizations.
The Regional Training Center offers courses in code enforcement, records management, pavement management, planning and zoning, freeway incident management, leadership, public funds investment, and a vartiety of other topics at the NCTCOG offices or at your location.
Through a special arrangement with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Training Center is able to offer water, wastewater, and utility operator training courses needed for obtaining TCEQ operator licenses.

The Regional Training center also offers Computer-Based Test proctoring for TCEQ license exams. If you would like to register for a test date, please click here to check for available dates and times. If you are interested in completing a paper exam rather than the computer-based test, please contact your local TCEQ office to schedule a test date.

We can arrange a flexible schedule with subject content designed specifically to meet the training needs of your organization and employees.
