The Trinity River Executive Committee guides the COMMON VISION Program to ensure a SAFE, CLEAN, NATURAL, ENJOYABLE, and DIVERSE Trinity River. The Committee, which provides policy-level guidance, consists of elected officials from participating communities, as well as representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
