Sustainable Public Rights of Way Education Forum

Description:

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is hosting the Sustainable Public Rights of Way Education Forum (SPROW) on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

The topics & speakers for the forum include:

Bicycle & Pedestrian Facility Trends
o Jared White, Bicycle Transportation Manager, City of Dallas
o Julia McCleary Ryan, Senior Transportation Planner, City of Fort Worth

Funding Sources for Bicycle & Pedestrian Facility Trends
o Kevin Kokes, Principal Transportation Planner, NCTCOG

Walkable Cities & ADA
o Kristi Avalos, President & CEO, Accessology Too, LLC

Funding Sources for Green Infrastructure
o Suzanna Perea, Stormwater/Green Infrastructure Coordinator, EPA Region 6 Water Division

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required as space is limited. The class will provide 2.5 Professional Development Hours for Professional Engineers.

Lunch will be catered by Potbelly Sandwich Works for a charge of $10 per person. Please bring cash or check on the day of the event. If you would prefer to bring your own lunch, feel free.

If you would like to purchase lunch, please indicate "Yes" in the Lunch area of the registration form below. If you do not want to purchase lunch, please indicate "No" in the Lunch area of the registration form below.
