The North Central Texas Regional Donations Management Committee is working to develop a North Central Texas Regional Donations Management Network for planning region 4 to facilitate communication and coordination among regional jurisdictions and agencies regarding the need for and availability of in-kind donations before, during, and after an incident or disaster. This regional approach to donations management will connect the private sector, the government, and local VOAD organizations in times of disaster. This group is working to create processes, policies, procedures, technical tools, structure and publicity for this endeavor. This regional plan will provide a great resource to jurisdictions and agencies in need of donations or receiving donations during a disaster.
