The North Central Texas Regional Coordination Plan (RCP) is designed to facilitate coordination and assist with local and regional jurisdictional needs as a result of a catastrophic incident. The purpose of the Regional Coordination Plan (RCP) is to support local jurisdiction's Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) and the Disaster District Committee (DDC). The Multi-Agency Coordination Center/Regional Coordination Point's (RCP) duty is to support response activities across the region by centralizing, coordinating resource requests and identifying resources that can be obtained locally. Attachment G to the Regional Catastrophic Plan establishes the Concept of Operations for Multi-Agency Coordination Center/Regional Coordination Point.
