Fiji/Compton Sustainable Development Project - City of Dallas

The Fiji/Compton Sustainable Development Project is an affordable senior housing and proposed
mixed-use development site along DART’s Blue Line within one-quarter mile of Corinth and Morrell
Stations in the southern sector of Dallas. At the completion of all phases, the project is planned to add approximately 200 residential units, 18,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 28,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

          Fiji Compton Development

 

This project was funded through the 2005-2006 Sustainable Development Call for Projects. NCTCOG
funded $2,811,986 with a local match of $702,997 from the City of Dallas for street construction, pedestrian amenities, and landscaping to support the infill development.
