Snider Steet Extension Project - City of North Richland Hills

The NCTCOG-funded infrastructure project will support a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 250 units of multifamily residential and 30,000 sq. ft. of planned office, retail, and restaurant space. The Snider Street project extends Snider Street north from Main Street and links to Davis Boulevard on the eastern side of the project. The project includes pedestrian-friendly streetscape elements and is located close to Cotton Belt hike and bike trail. In addition, the project site is located within close proximity to the future Smithfield TEX Rail Station.

The infrastructure project was funded through the 2009-2010 Sustainable Development Call for Projects. NCTCOG funded $2,240,040 with an additional $560,010 local match from the City of North Richland Hills for street construction, pedestrian amenities, and landscaping on Snider Street in North Richland Hills.
