Community surveys to better understand what might encourage more people to use transit.
Transit user surveys to understand how current riders use transit and what improvements are important to them.
Review of existing transit services, travel patterns, land uses, and demographic data to assess the potential for changes to existing service or implementation of new services.
Two sets of public meetings to solicit feedback from the community (see the Calendar of Events for more information).
Different transit service alternatives and a menu of transit service options with estimated costs appropriate for Collin County.
