Regional Review Committee for the TxCDBG Program

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) adopted new rules on February 24, 2020 that dissolved the Regional Review Committee (RRC). Previously, the RRC chose the criteria and prioritized project types for funding under the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program's Community Development Fund (CDF). Instead, TDA convenes a state committee, known as the Unified Scoring Committee (USC), every grant cycle to select the criteria.
