Every supervisor has the responsibility of providing feedback and “creating a game plan”.  Supervisors will learn the steps of effective coaching, “catching employee’s doing things right” and the 5-minute check-in.  Techniques for helping everyone be a positive contributor to the team are included.


It is important to create a dynamic with your employees where you feel you are leading them the direction needed and helping them meet the expectations you have set for the role.  The purpose of the class is to be a more successful manager of of people and become better at face to face engagements. A lot of things go on behind the scenes before a meaningful conversation takes place, assessing,understanding, as well as analyzing the process to make sure the improvements in communications and problem resolution is and was effective.  Performance measurement and how to enable your employee will be a part of conversation, learn how to make companies perform well with this class.
