2020 Transportation Alternatives Call for Projects

A 2020 Transportation Alternatives (TA) Call for Projects for the North Central Texas Region will open on March 2, 2020.  Approximately $20 million in TA funds will be available to award for eligible project construction activities.  General types of eligible projects under this Call include on- and off-road pedestrian and bicycle facilities, shared-use paths, and related pedestrian and bicycle safety countermeasures.  Safe Routes to School (SRTS) projects include pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure that will substantially improve safety and the ability for students to walk and bicycle to K-8 schools.
