Work Program Modifications
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for regional transportation planning provides a summary of the transportation and related air quality planning tasks to be conducted by the metropolitan planning organization. Proposed modifications to the FY2020 and FY2021 UPWP will be posted for review and comment.

Regional Smoking Vehicle Program (RSVP)
Since 2007, the RSVP has allowed North Central Texans to help improve air quality by anonymously reporting vehicles emitting visible smoke and pollution. Educational material and information on how to report a smoking vehicle is available upon request. More information: www.smokingvehicle.net.
Vehicle Incentives & Funding Opportunities
NCTCOG maintains a list of funding opportunities and incentives for projects that reduce air pollution from vehicles or help improve energy efficiency. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to, replacing older vehicles, purchasing new electric vehicles, or building alternative fuel infrastructure. Eligible recipients can include citizens as well as companies or fleets. For more information, see www.nctcog.org/aqfunding.
