Pleasant Run Pathway Connection - City of Colleyville

The Pleasant Run Pathway Connection project is a pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly pathway connecting the Cottonbelt Trail to the Village at Colleyville. The project improves pedestrian linkage from schools, parks and surrounding residential area to The Village at Colleyville.  These active transportation infrastructure improvements support approximately 59 residential units, 96,020 sq.ft. of office, 65,800 sq.ft of retail, and 5,867 sq.ft. of restaurant space within the Village at Colleyville mixed-use development.

The infrastructure project was funded through the 2009-2010 Sustainable Development Call for Projects. NCTCOG awarded $218,500 ($174,800 Regional) with a local match of $43,700 from the City of Colleyville for street construction, pedestrian amenities, and intersection improvements.
