Dates are subject to change.
1. The 2024 National League of Cities Congressional City Conference is scheduled for March 11 - 13 and does not
conflict with the RTC meeting schedule.
2. This meeting date may coincide with the annual Irving Transportation Investment Summit.
3. The 2024 Texas Municipal League Annual Conference and Exhibition is scheduled for October 9 - 11 and
does conflict with the RTC meeting schedule, the Chair will consider the dates.
4. The National League of Cities 2024 City Summit is scheduled for November 16 - 18 and does not conflict with the
RTC meeting schedule.
