These cooperative procurements are designed to consolidate bulk orders of alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs) and their related infrastructure to reduce purchase costs for public fleets.

  2. Check to see if your organizatoin is an NJPA Member. If you aren't one, Join Here - it's free! (In order to buy off of this contract, you must be a member of NJPA)

  1. Reach out to MAPC to obtain pricing & discount details for their vehicles. They can contact me at maki@mapc.org or 617-933-0795.
  2. Contact the VEH102 Contract Manager, Charlie Tuttle, to notify him that they intend to use the statewide contract. (charles.tuttle@MassMail.State.MA.US or 617-626-1043). The only requirement for out of state public fleets to use the contract is to receive approval from their respective procurement officer to purchase off of the contract. Procurement officers can review the contract details at this link.
  3. Submit Purchase Order to Ed Lovelace at XL Hybrids (elovelace@xlhybrids.com). The Purchase Order must include reference to the BID number (BD-18-1041-ENE01-ENE01-18124) in order for XL Hybrids to qualify it for the group purchase pricing. Purchasing entity can use their preferred template for submitting the purchase order.

 

Volume based purchases through this XL Hybrids contract are available through January 2018. In order to recieve additional time-based discounts, all orders must be made before October 24.

  North Central Texas Regional Procurement -- COMING SOON!


The North Central Texas Council of Governments will be coordinating a regional cooperative procurement opportunity specifically designed and eligible for local fleets in the North Central Texas Region. These procurement opportunities will be made available soon and will be separate from the existing national opportunities available.
