Support Caregiving
The NCTAAA supports working caregivers of older adults and their employers. Its team of aging specialists is available to make presentations on topics related to aging, caregiving, Medicare, and dementia; participate in resource fairs; and work directly with caregiving employees, all at no cost to employees or employers. Its information and services are unbiased and objective.
The NCTAAA, in partnership with Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas, has prepared an Employee Caregiver Support Guide which features practical strategies for supporting caregiving employees, enhancing their productivity, and reducing turnover.
