Facility-Based Advocacy

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program helps residents of nursing and assisted living facilities get quality care. Staff and volunteer ombudsmen provide information to residents and families about their rights.  They also investigate and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of facility residents.
