2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) Roundtable

In this roundtable discussion about the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), representatives from the public and private sectors discussed the changes in the 2021 IECC, why old code may not meet State requirements, and how to adopt updated codes. Participants included building inspectors, energy managers, facility managers and city officials and speakers were Randy Plumlee, Energy Code Program Manager for SPEER, and Wayne Snell, Inspections Director for the city of Irving.
