SECO Funding and Incentives

Throughout the year, the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) announces various funding opportunities to support efficiency programs. Funding opportunities include the Notice of Loan Fund Availability for the LoanSTAR program, Request for Applications for energy efficiency grants, and Requests for Proposals for qualified firms to contract with SECO on projects. Better Buildings Financing Navigator

The Department of Energy's Better Buildings Better Plants program has created the Financing Navigator as an aid for sifting through the many ways to finance energy reduction and onsite generation projects in buildings that an organization owns or occupies. This tool helps cut through the complexity to secure financing that works.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) 

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs provides low-cost, long-term financing for water and energy efficiency and conservation improvements to commercial and industrial properties.
