Texas Municipal Human Resources Assoc. Certification Program

The TMHRA (Texas Municipal Human Resources Association) has developed a comprehensive professional certification tailored specifically for HR professionals working within municipal government. This certification will enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for effective human resource management in the public sector. The program will cover essential topics such as public sector employment law, recruitment and hiring practices, employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning.
