Calling all artist in grades 6th-12th who go to school in Plano ISD. The North Central Texas Council of Governments is holding an art contest to determine the cover design of its annual transportation publication.

T
HEME: Working together to improve mobility

How we get from place to place comes about because of teamwork. From the planners who design our roads, railways, bus routes, and trails, to the dedicated drivers and conductors behind the wheel, our transportation system is a result of countless people working together to achieve a common goal: helping North Texans get where they need to go.

Illustrate what teamwork and improving mobility looks like to you. What are the ways you use transportation?
Who do you see at work when you ride the bus, take the train, or explore on a trail? How are all these people, places, and things connected in our region, and how are they being made better?
