| Street / Name | The limits or location of the project or the name of the project |
| City | The city or cities where the project is located; "various" indicates that the project extends across city boundaries |
| County | The county or counties where the project is located; "various" indicates that the project extends across county boundaries |
| Implementing Agency | The agency/agencies that submitted the project for funding |
| Project Type | Click here for a description of the various project types |
| Year of Implementation | The year the project was or will be constructed or implemented |
| Total Project Cost | The cost of the project, including state, federal, and local funds |
