The annual Floodplain Seminar for Elected Officials was held in person at North Central Texas Council of Governments office on Thursday, September 3, 2026, beginning at 1 p.m. The seminar was combined with the Trinity River COMMON VISION Steering Committee meeting. Elected officials learned how participating in the COMMON VISION program could further reduce their communities’ risk of flooding.
