Public Safety Cyber

The Public Safety Cyber Working Group aims to achieve cyber resiliency for the preservation of life and property.

To achieve a resilient regional infrastructure with the capabilities necessary to prevent disaster and respond to rapid and unpredictable demands of our rapidly growing digital world.

The Public Safety Cyber Threat Working Group will serve as the regional, multi-agency unit for securing technologies, identifying training and allocating personnel to support regional mitigation and recovery efforts for significant cyber and communications incidents. The group will also support the integration and coordination of Law Enforcement, Information Technology, and Emergency Management activities by advocating for the adoption of technologies, techniques and procedures for sharing pertinent and actionable information related to cybercrime, terrorism, and threats to critical infrastructure.
