CMP Project Forms

Pursuant to NCTCOG policy, the implementing agency for any capacity improvement projects in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) must demonstrate Congestion Management Process (CMP) compliance by submitting the appropriate CMP Project Forms.  Capacity improvements include but are not limited to the following projects: addition of lanes; new roadways; grade separations; high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes; bottleneck removals; and interchange improvements. Prior to submittal, implementing agencies are strongly encouraged to review the CMP Project Implementation Form Instructions and the CMP Project Forms Workshop Presentation.
