Construction + Post-Construction Task Force

The Construction + Post-Construction (CPC) Task Force is a collaborative initiative focused on improving stormwater management practices across MS4 communities through planning, inspection, and enforcement. The group will explore the implementation, maintenance, and performance of construction controls and post-construction water quality measures, while identifying challenges, sharing best practices, and supporting more effective and consistent program approaches. The task force provides support and technical advice to NCTCOG's Regional Stormwater Management Coordinating Council (RSWMCC) regarding permitting requirements and its activities are reported regularly to the RSWMCC.

Created in 2026, the task force is intended to evolve based on participant input and emerging program needs.
