Training for Professionals on Dementia & Community Resources
Dementia Friendly North Central/East Texas is pleased to offer dementia training for professionals. Training programs and audiences include:
- Training for police officers and other first responders through Dementia Friendly Fort Worth
- Master training for the Dementia Live program through James L. West Dementia Care Center
- Dementia Live training for Area Agencies on Aging, Aging and Disability Resource Centers, home-delivered meal providers, Local Authorities, and other community partners through the North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging, a department of North Central Texas Council of Governments. - Training for health care professionals through the Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County
